Eligibility restriction: Applicants must be LGBTQ2 children/grandchildren of NUPGE current or retired members (see list of NUPGE Component organizations,) and must be planning to enter the first year of a Canadian public, post-secondary education institution full-time in 2019/2020. What’s required: A completed application form, along with a 750- to 1000-word essay on the importance of trade unions in supporting the LGBTQ2 community.
