Fiona is frustrated that she’s still waiting for assignment marks from May and early June, and the course is already over; responses stress the importance of complaining when service standards are not met. After three courses with only online materials, Sam is startled to receive a postal notice of AU materials on the way; yes there are still paper texts for some courses!
