Eligibility restriction: Applicants must be Canadian citizens or landed immigrants, graduating or have completed high school (or completed first year of CÉGEP,) and planning to or are already studying toward their first university degree or diploma at a Canadian post-secondary institution (or entering their second year of CÉGEP.)
