Eligibility restriction: Applicants must be blind, deafblind, or partially sighted (as defined in Applicant Qualifications section), be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, and be attending or planning to attend a post-secondary institution during the period between September 2020 and April 2021. What’s required: An email with a completed application form, along with a recent academic transcript, a letter of reference, and a maximum 2000-word essay that covers three specified topics.
