Every Saturday, my family and I have made pancakes. We’ve done this for at least eight years. This recipe is tried and true and never fails. We usually weigh some of the ingredients, but I’ve changed it for measurement. I hope you enjoy them as much as we have!!
Saturday Pancakes
Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time 3-5 minutes Ingredients:Dry 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 TBS sugar 1 TBS Baking Powder 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp Kosher salt Wet |
Directions:
1) Preheat a griddle to 325-350, if you have one otherwise a non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. |
