Eligibility restriction:  Applicants must have bilateral hearing loss diagnosed before the age of 4, must use Listening and Spoken Language as their primary communication mode, must be enrolled in or planning to attend university in the 2022-2023 academic year in a four-year undergrad or grad program, and must have a GPA of at least 3.25.

What’s required:  A completed online application form, including hearing-loss information, an essay, academic transcripts, and three letters of recommendation.
