Surfing Santas.  Travelling student Philip Kirkbride adjusts to the seasonal switch of being in Australia at Christmas time, and learns about some Aussie traditions.  “While the traditional English turkey dinner is common for Christmas day, the uniquely Aussie Boxing Day BBQ is commonly held the following day.
