Eligibility restriction:  Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents, and must be enrolled full-time in an accredited Canadian university or college.  Refer to application form for full eligibility requirements.

What’s required:  An email with a completed application form, which includes an essay outlining the steps you have taken to prevent bullying and harassment in your school and/or your community, two completed reference forms, and proof of enrolment.
