Nothing is more exciting than knowing what looks great on our loved ones and surprising them with the perfect sweater, swim trunks, and dress slacks! We can take our loved ones from a ten-out-of-ten fashion look to a gazillion-out-of-ten. And, wow, do they love it!
So, how can we know exactly what will turn our romantic partner into a super hot tamale or our other loved ones into hourglass illusions? I’ll explain. It applies to all body types. And will we ever make their day with this beautiful talent I’m about to teach: fashion mastery. And once we get this skill, we’ll gift our loved ones with so much joy that we get re-addicted to shopping, this time not for our closets but for the wardrobes of our loved ones! Beware of accessing The Bay credit card! Oh, beware!
Here is how to buy the perfect clothes for all our loved ones, such that they’ll dream at night about our next gift. First, determine the color of their hair. If the hair is medium to dark brown, they are likely either a Winter or Autumn color palette. I have medium-dark brown hair. If your loved one has light brown to blonde to strawberry blonde hair, they are likely in the spring or summer seasonal color palette.
So, that’s step one. The final step to pinpoint the season is to look at the color of the veins on their wrists. If their veins are purple or blue, then chances are they are either winter or summer (cooler tones). Specifically, if they have purple or blue veins and darker hair, they are in winter. If they have purple or blue veins and lighter hair, they are likely summer.
But what if their veins are green or blue-green, like mine? Then, chances are they are either Autumn or spring (warmer tones). Specifically, if they have green or blue-green veins and dark hair, they are Autumn, like me. If they have green or blue-green veins and lighter-colored hair, they are likely spring.
If we’re still unsure, peer at the clothes they wear most. These clothes are likely on their seasonal color palette. So, if he’s blonde and we can’t tell by his veins if he’s spring or summer, look at his favorite clothes colors to see which seasonal color palette they’re on.
Next, look at our loved ones’ seasonal color palettes. If they’re Autumn, like me (as I have darker hair and blue-green veins), do an online search for the “Autumn color palette” and buy clothes that are exactly the colors that appear in the search results. The search results will show up as color grids.
But we can get even more granular. I’m “soft autumn,” although there is also a “true autumn” and another type of Autumn. There is also a light spring, too. I won’t get into this detail, but we can look up the “various types of autumn color palettes” to better narrow down our perfect color even further.
I planned on concluding this article with the following essential step for buying clothes for our loved ones: knowing their body type. We will go wild over this part, but this article is growing quite long. So, I’ll save the concluding article, which currently exists as many text message notes to myself, for next week. Nonetheless, we now have half the formula for buying our loved ones the perfect clothing gifts. But more is needed to make the best choice. The final piece of the puzzle–“how to assess body types”– will be revealed next week.
On a final note, just today, I bought a loved one a sweater I saw online. It was light beige, the perfect color match for his seasonal color palette. It had a zip-up neck and detailing at the neck, cuffs of the arm, and bottom seam. And I knew it was the perfect sweater for his body type. In other words, he’ll look spectacular in it. And it only cost $60. And then I bought him swimming trunks I carefully researched online: the perfect blue color, a black waistband, and a slight flare at the legs. And, wow, did he look beautiful in them!
So, no matter our loved ones’ body types, we can make them all look like a billion dollars! All it takes is a bit of fashion knowledge and an extra touch of love!
