Eligibility restriction:  Applicants must be Canadian residents, age 16 or over, graduating or continuing their education, and be emerging (non-professional) creative talent (e.g. writers, art directors, film makers, recording artists, illustrators, digital artists, etc.)

What’s required:  Upload a link to a portfolio that you host with a maximum of 10 pieces to the JLF website, along with your contact information and a paragraph of maximum 1000 characters  explaining how the funds would help you to pursue your creative path.
