Eligibility restriction: Applicants must be children/grandchildren or foster children/grandchildren of members or retirees of the National Union’s Component unions or its affiliates, and be planning to enter the first year of a Canadian public post-secondary educational institution full-time in 2020.
What’s required: A completed application form, along with a 750-100 word essay on how Tommy Douglas’s life contributed to making Canada a more just and equitable society.
